Impact of climate change has caused a major disaster like the Rasuwa Bhotekoshi flood in Nepal: Prime Minister Shah

Speaking in the House of Representatives on Wednesday, Prime Minister Balendra Shah said that the Rasuwa Bhotekoshi flood incident is also related to climate change and the international community should be informed about it. He mentioned that this is a shared responsibility of the world as the risk has increased in the Himalayan region.
'Such a disaster has happened among us due to climate change,' Prime Minister Balen said while addressing the House of Representatives, 'This shows that the risk has increased in the Himalayan region. Therefore, we must tell the international community about this major disaster. This is a shared responsibility of the world.'
He mentioned that this is the biggest incident that human civilization has ever experienced.
In the House of Representatives, he informed about the damage caused by the floods and landslides and the activities being carried out in the relief and rescue arrangements.
